Concordia Theological Quarterly article explains why God is not "Mother"

It is common today for Christians to describe God as "Mother" or to use alternate terms (often feminine) for the Holy Trinity in place of Father and Son.  Christians need to be equipped to understand why such actions advocated by feminism create a false god and lose the Gospel.  An article I have written that addresses this issue is entitled God Our Mother?: Biblical and Philosophical Considerations in Feminist God Language and appears in the current issue of the Concordia Theological Quarterly.
