The US along with Argentina, Brazil, Croatia, the European Union, France, Israel, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway form what is called the "Core LGBT Group" at the United Nations. However, these nations are finding it much easier to promote homosexuality within their own borders than they are to spread acceptance of homosexuality around the world.
